About the Riverview College Foundation
Jesuit benefaction is steeped in a 475-year history, with the establishment of the first Jesuit school in Messina in 1548. At Saint Ignatius’ College Riverview, our mission is to provide a holistic Catholic education for students, inspiring them to a lifelong development of their faith and the encouragement. to make a lasting difference in the world through their commitment and service to others.
The Foundation raises money to fund means-tested bursaries that extend the opportunity of a Jesuit education to students whose families would not otherwise be able to afford it. The Foundation also raises capital for campus improvements and the maintenance and improvement of learning and teaching facilities. Our physical infrastructure supports our mission to deliver an exceptional education to our students, inspiring them to make a meaningful contribution while at the College and beyond.
