Our staff development and training programs are designed to support every employee at every stage of their career. We offer a dynamic range of professional learning opportunities, including mentoring, instructional coaching, leadership pathways, and access to ongoing workshops and accredited courses.

Staff are encouraged to pursue their individual interests and strengths through a culture of collaboration and reflective practice. We empower our people to continually enhance their skills, stay at the forefront of educational and professional practice, and make a meaningful impact on student learning and wellbeing.

Roles, volunteering and expressions of interest

We regularly recruit for teaching and non-teaching roles. If there are no current vacancies that match your experience, you’re encouraged to submit an expression of interest — particularly if you offer skills in coaching, mentoring, arts, boarding supervision or other areas of student enrichment.

We also welcome volunteers from the wider community. Whether it’s occasional help in the canteen or support for school events, volunteers play a valued role in College life.
