Getting to Riverview

Riverview is located less than 8km from the Sydney CBD, on the picturesque Lane Cove River. Dedicated bus services operate between both Riverview campuses and several Sydney suburbs. In addition, Maltilda Cruises operate a daily ferry service to and from the College. 

Transport Options

Student Travel Passes

Eligible students can apply for a School Opal Card for most modes of transport to and from school. Separate passes are required for Matilda Ferries customers.

Ferry Service

Matilda Ferries operates a term-time ferry between Circular Quay and the College. Ferries depart the Quay at 7:30am and 8:00am. Afternoon services depart the College at 3:54pm and 6:05pm. We also recommend you register for live SMS updates in the event of service issues. For details, visit HERE.

Dedicated Bus Services

A number of dedicated school bus services run between Saint Ignatius’ College Riverview and Chatswood, Mosman, Willoughby, and Warringah Mall.

Rail Services

Students may be eligible for free travel on the City Rail network and then use connecting bus services to/from the College.
