At the end of Term 3, a tower crane was installed at the Wingaru building site. The arrival on site of this large structure, which has a reach of 65 metres, is significant as the project moves into a new phase. The tower crane will allow Belmadar Construction to bring structural materials and equipment onto the building site safely from the loading area, such as steel, glazing and concrete equipment. Delivered to the College in pieces, the tower crane was assembled on site by a substantial mobile crane.
