The Wingaru building project is moving ahead, and much has been achieved in the last term. This time lapse footage captures the activity on site since the commencement of Term 3, including continued piling works and excavation, as well as the installation of a tower crane at the end of term. The arrival on site of this large structure is significant as the project moves into the next phase. With a reach of 65 metres, the tower crane enables Belmadar Construction to bring structural materials and equipment onto the building site safely from the loading area, including steel, glazing and concrete equipment. Delivered to the College in pieces, the tower crane was assembled on site by a substantial mobile crane.
