Enabling, Excavation and ASP1 Electrical Works

• Commence services investigations to the site area.
• Complete trenching and cabling works required to divert the High Voltage Power Line from the site area.
• Installed under road stormwater crossings, including associated pits outside of the site area.
• Handover and commissioning of the new Father Mac Roundabout.
• Opening of the College Staff carpark.
• Amended existing line marking along Loyola Drive and the College Staff carpark.
• Establishment of Belmadar loading zone.
• Amended existing hoarding alongside O’Neil Building.
• Installed a scaffold bridge to Belmadar’s site access, separating construction access from student access paths.
• Installed additional site sheds and amenities to the project compound area in preparation for increased work activities.
