Application for Residential Housing
Context
A limited amount of Residential housing is provided at the College to enable staff to carry out duties in a timely and effective manner. Some housing is required for staff who by virtue of their employment, need residential housing in close proximity to the College. Other staff may, from time to time be in circumstances that will require assistance and some housing can be provided on that basis.
All aspects of residential housing will be administered by the Residential Housing Committee.

Process
A member of staff who wishes to apply for housing at the College will need to do so on the approved form. This is below. Once a tenancy is approved it will be subject to the conditions outlined in the lease contract and will be the object of review on a regular basis.
