The Riverview Bursary Program
journeys_2012.jpg Continuing the Jesuit mission – changing lives

Ever since the founding of the College in 1880, we have had a bursary program.  This program has enabled hundreds of young men, from all walks of life, to receive a Jesuit education.  Young men such as Australian poet, Christopher Brennan, for whom our library is named; surgeon, Dr Kevin Fagan, after whom the boarding residence for Years 11 & 12 is named; and more recently, former refugee and the College’s 2008 Insignis Award recipient, Kir Deng, have all attended Riverview with bursary assistance.
  • The Bursary Program is funded solely by donations.
  • There are no cross-subsidies from school fees.
  • The College does not offer scholarships of any kind.
There is no doubt that current and future bursary recipients will continue to enrich the College in immeasurable ways and ‘broaden our horizons’.  Please help us to broaden theirs.

All donations to the Bursary Program are tax deductible.
