THE TRIALS OF ROBIN HOOD (7:30PM)

The Trials of Robin Hood

by Will Averill

Year 9 students

O’Kelly Theatre

Wednesday 22nd, Thursday 23rd and Friday 24th May, 7:30pm

King Richard’s courtroom is buzzing with the question, “is the outlaw Robin Hood a lusty hero, a hopeless lover or an evil criminal?” Upon his return from the Crusades, the King is faced with three different scenarios as to what happened in his Kingdom while he was away. Come and hear Robin himself, Maid Marian and the Sherriff of Nottingham tell their stories to King Richard and the rest of his court. Expect plenty of laughs as they implore the audience to help decide if Hood is a hero, a lovelorn sap, or just plain mean! (

Produced by special arrangement with Playscripts, Inc. (www.playscripts.com)

Director: Angela Newey

Assistant Director: Rosanna Comastri

REGIS MUSIC ACTIVITIES OPEN DAY (9:35AM)

REGIS MUSIC ACTIVITIES OPEN DAY

Year 5 & 6 students

Regis Campus

Tuesday 28 May, 2013

Music Activities Open Day is an opportunity for parents, grandparents and friends to come along to Regis Campus, in order to watch the boys rehearsing in their instrumental ensembles.

Rehearsal times for Year 5 classes

5.1 and 5.2: 9.35-10.30 am, and classes 5.3 and 5.4: 11.00am to 12.00pm.

Year 6 classes

6.1, 6.2, 6.3 and 6.4 will be from 12.00pm to 1.00pm.

This is not a concert, but rather an opportunity to see what students are working on in their classes and to meet their tutors.

Parents are invited to chat to their son's instrumental tutor and to other parents over a cup of tea or coffee, following the rehearsals.

Co-ordinator: Kate Moore
