Private Vehicle Conveyance Subsidy Application Form

The Private Vehicle Conveyance (PVC) Subsidy is available for eligible school students who are residents of NSW, where there is no public transport available for all or part of the journey. The PVC Subsidy is paid on a daily basis for the single distance journey between home and the (CountryLink) transport pick up point. The PVC Subsidy may also be available on medical or safety grounds.

Boarding students who need to travel more than 1.6km to the nearest CountryLink bus pickup or drop off point to be collected or delivered for school travel, may apply for this subsidy.

New Applications 

A new application is required when a student changes:

a) school, including from primary to high school
b) residential address
c) transport pick up point
d) or when any details have changed in regards to the PVC Subsidy

You may return the pink PVC Subsidy application form to:
