The spirit that the co-curriculm area can provide a school comes about from the community involvement of the boys, parents and staff. This working together and reinforcing the themes of recent years of enthusiasm, humility, fair-mindedness, and competitiveness has been a key strategy.

In sport we emphasise that our games ar played with other teams to promote the development of good relations amongst all schools and especially amongst the boys more directly. The fellowship that is characteristic of the boys and staff is testimony to the integral part that co-curriculm has in the life of the College and reinforces the education of the whole person. 

Fitness and skill trainings are held every week. Coaches come from a variety of backgrounds including older students, parents, teachers, ex-students and are all specialists in their sport.
