PAYMENT OF FEES BY DIRECT DEBIT  

Existing Parents, please CLICK HERE  to download the Parent Setup Form and Direct Debit Request if you wish to pay your School Fees by Direct Debit, either by 10 monthly instalments or 4 term instalments.

You can switch to paying your fees by monthly instalments by Direct Debit at any time by completing and returning the Parent Setup Form and Direct Debit Request.    The balance of your fees for the current year will then be split evenly over the remaining months until October and direct debited monthly.

Parents are charged each Term, 1 Term in advance.

FEES POLICY

Fees are determined by the College Council. 

Please note that the ability and commitment to the payment of fees in full is presumed of all parents who sign the 'Acceptance of Offer of Enrolment Contract'.

All fees are payable in advance under terms directed by the Director of Business Operations and are due as specified on your Statement.  Failure to pay fees and charges by the due date will incur an administration fee as determined from time to time.

No remission in fees, either in whole or in part, will be made if the student is absent due to illness, leave or suspension, unless approved by the Principal.

All fees are payable as detailed unless prior extension of time has been granted under a formal agreement with the College.

Any application for such extension should be addressed to the Director of Business Operations.

 

Payment of Fees

Parents are required to maintain at all times an appropriate Direct Debit Authority with the College authorising the College (and/or its Payment Gateway Service Provider) to initiate the direct debit of fees and other charges payable from a bank account, credit card or debit card as nominated.  Direct debits will be initiated in accordance with the College's payment schedule as specified from time to time.

Payments made by direct debit from a credit or debit card will incur an additional Payment Processing Fee.   The Payment Processing Fee will be calculated as a percentage of the direct debit amount, with the percentage that will apply to be determined by the type of credit/debit card used.   The Payment Processing Fee may be charged either by the College or by the College's Payment Gateway Service Provider.  There is no Payment Processing Fee for payments made by Direct Debit from a bank account.

Payment Processing Fees:-
  • Direct Debit from a Bank Account - NIL
  • Direct Debit from a Visa or Mastercard Credit Card or Debit Card - 1.0%
  • Direct Debit from a Diners Club Card - 2.2%

 

Tuition and Boarding Fees Instalments

You can choose to have your Tuition and Boarding Fees billed to your account in 10 equal monthly instalments (January to October) or in 4 equal instalments (January, April, July and September).  

Instalments will be billed to your account on the 1st of the month (as applicable according to the instalment frequency chosen) and will be due on the 21st of that month along with any other charges on your Statement for that month.

 

Monthly Statements Due on the 21st of each Month   

Statements will be issued by the College by email on or about the 1st of each month, irrespective of the instalment frequency chosen.   Your current Statement, past Statements and Transaction History will also be available for viewing on the College Portal at any time.    Please note, hard copy Statements will not be sent by post.

The balance on your Statement will be direct debited on or about the 21st of each month.

 

Reduction for brothers currently attending the College

1st brother (2nd boy) –   5% on Tuition Fees and 10% on Boarding Fees.
2nd brother (3rd boy) – 10% on Tuition Fees and 20% on Boarding Fees.
3rd brother  (4th boy) – 20% on Tuition Fees and 50% on Boarding Fees.

NB: Discount on Boarding Fees only applies if all brothers are boarding.

 

Donations and Appeals

All parents are given the opportunity to contribute voluntarily to the College's Building Fund as well as the Welfare and Bursary Scheme, and any Capital Appeals that may take place.

 

Withdrawal

One term’s notice, in writing, must be given for cancellation of Tuition, Boarding or extras (including Private Tuition). In the absence of such notice, one full term’s fees will be payable.
