FEES POLICY

Fees are determined by the College Council. 

Please note that the ability and commitment to the payment of fees in full is presumed of all parents who sign the 'Acceptance of Offer of Enrolment Contract'.

Tuition and Boarding Fees - Fees are payable by four instalments each year. 

First instalment due and payable 14 February.
Second instalment due and payable 14 May.
Third instalment due and payable 14 August.
Fourth instalment due and payable 14 October.
Year 12 students will receive their full year’s school fees over the first three instalments only.
All fees are payable as detailed unless prior extension of time has been granted.  Any application for such extension should be addressed to the Director of Business Operations.

Reduction for brothers currently attending the College -

1st brother (2nd boy) –   5% on Tuition Fees and 10% on Boarding Fees.
2nd brother (3rd boy) – 10% on Tuition Fees and 20% on Boarding Fees.
3rd brother  (4th boy) – 20% on Tuition Fees and 50% on Boarding Fees.

NB: Discount on Boarding Fees only applies if all brothers are boarding.

Additional Charges - As well as Tuition and Boarding Fees, there are additional charges for various extra services.  These may include charges for music, art, sports, excursions, the annual year book (Our Alma Mater), College calendar, ID card, school stationery, Parents and Friends' contribution, etc.  Year 9 Challenge (per term approximately $450, per annum approximately $1,800).

Donations and Appeals - All parents are given the opportunity to contribute voluntarily to the College's Building Fund as well as the Welfare and Bursary Scheme, and any Capital Appeals that may take place.

Credit Card Payment - The College has negotiated the facility for parents to pay fees by credit card through the BPAY system. This facility applies to MasterCard and Visa Cards only. All payments by credit card will attract a 1% surcharge on the total amount.

Please Note: Fees cannot be paid by American Express or Diners Club cards.

Withdrawal - One term’s notice, in writing, must be given for cancellation of Tuition, Boarding or extras (including Music Tuition). In the absence of such notice, one full term’s fees will be payable.

College Supported Charitable Works - On the fee statement there is included an item concerning gifts for College Supported Chairtable Works.  The payment request is for a gift of $10 from you to enable the College to support various charitable works including to help fund some of the Australian Jesuit works which have no ordinary means of income.  These include the Jesuit Aboriginal Apostolate, Jesuit Refugee Service, as well as other works and projects undertaken during our Immersion Program and Ignatian Service Program.  Thank you.
