The College offers staff the opportunity to salary sacrifice a portion of their salary to either MLC or NGS.

Salary Packaging

It is the College's intention to look at any way in which additional benefits can be offered to members of staff. Salary Packaging is able to provide an after tax benefit to staff in certain circumstances.

Salary Packaging is entirely voluntary and may not suit everyone's circumstances. The great flexibility of packaging is that the individual staff member has the ability to select from a generous list of items and may chose to package one item or several items. The most commonly packaged items at the College are motor vehicles, mortgage payments, school fees and insurances.

Financial Services

Financial Planning is offered to all staff through the College's partnership with the Work Life NAB Program. The College hosts on-site financial planning days and seminars on retirement and other areas of interest
